All third-party product names, logos, brands, and trademarks featured, referenced, or depicted within the Bazeva platform—including but not limited to Rolex, Piaget, Chanel, Dior, Tom Ford, Creed, Yves Saint Laurent, Kilian, Ralph Lauren, Prada, Coach, Serengeti, Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Michael Kors—remain the sole property of their respective trademark holders.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the use of these brand names, trademarks, or product images does not imply any official affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership between Bazeva and the respective trademark owners. Any references to third-party luxury goods are solely for descriptive, aesthetic, and stylistic curation purposes to illustrate the premium nature of the Bazeva ecosystem.
2. Logistics & Shipping Disclaimer
Bazeva and its third-party logistics partners accept no liability for delayed deliveries due to customs clearances, force majeure events, or scheduling conflicts initiated by the recipient. Risk of loss and title for all luxury items pass to the client immediately upon physical hand-off and signature confirmation at the designated delivery coordinates.

Bazeva makes no representations or guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability of third-party digital extensions or API back ends.
In no event shall Bazeva, its parent entities, directors, employees, or contracted artisans be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the platform's digital services or curated recommendations. Membership and access to the private viewing galleries remain at the sole discretion of the Bazeva Membership Bureau and may be revoked or modified at any time without prior notice.
